4 top ten finishes in the JK sprints yesterday from Chasers. Stodge and John Robinson both finished 8th on their respective courses and Cath Williams was 9th on hers. The top performing Chaser of the day was Holly Stodgell who was 7th on the W10 course.

No gym training this week because it’s half term, so theres some orienteering in the dark instead. Partly urban, partly parkland, on a proper, brand new map. 2 courses (3.5 & 5km). You will need a head torch!!!
