A big “pat on the back” this week to Carol Dredge for finishing The Isle of Wight Marathon in just over five hours last Sunday on her 60th birthday, finish as second W60. Well done Carol.
Other “POTB” this week go to our runners in the West Midland Urban race in Warwick where Tom O’Boyle finished a brilliant 3rd on the Mens Open closely followed by Kristian Roberts in 10th and Sam Naylor in 16th place. On the Womens Open Catherine Bushnell came in a great 6th place and in the M55 race Jon Howell came 11th. Well done everybody.

This coming Tuesday training switches to Brocton Village Hall for the AGM followed by Cheese and Wine, starting at 7.30 sharp. Please make a big effort to attend if you can.
