I hope everyone made the most of the glorious weekend weather!
Provisional results from COBOC’s Park Championships are out, and Allan Williams was the top Chaser on the long course so he gets a pat on the back. On the Medium course Carol Dredge came third, narrowly leading Christine and Ray Collins. Pats on the back to all three.
This week’s Tuesday training is the final score event of the season, and it’s the Domination race! All should take part. It takes place at “Fives” at 7pm. More useful information can (and should) be found on our website.
As per last week, local events are thin on the ground for the coming week, however I have been reminded that the White Rose Weekend is taking place in the last weekend of August. Details are here http://www.whiteroseweekend.org.uk/ and I am assured it is a weekend of frolicking gaily in beautiful, runnable forest. If anyone fancies it and also wants to take part in the relay then please get in touch with Kelvin.
