It is with regret that tonights training on Brereton Spurs has had to be cancelled at the last minute.
The area has been ear-marked for the Midland Champs in March 2015, and although permissions have not been confirmed & no official embargo is in place, BOF rules say:
“It is the responsibility of the individual Clubs not to organise any type of event, even a Local event, within the time limitations indicated. If they do so then any of their members who take part in such an event should declare themselves non-competitive.”
So that everyone still has the opportunity to be a Midland Champion in 2 years time, the decision has been made to pull training this week.
Many apologies to all those who were looking forward to a fun evening of head to head racing. There will still be a group activity of some kind, and discussion around this weekends British Champs will take place instead, so for some serious geeking, hints and tips, Stile Cop is the place to be tonight!
