UPDATED 19/06 Sorry for the late arrival of the teams however there’s been a LOT of last minute changes with people booking holidays, getting injured, working at the other end of the country plus a variety of other reasons!
Just to remind you I need you there at 7pm at the latest please because although its a 7:30pm start I need to dole out microchips for your shoes as well as your number. Try and bring pins if you have some. If not Andy will have probably some he will loan you at a reasonable rate 🙂

If anyone wants a run please let me know as at the moment Iain is running twice and Simon Hargrave is in London so might struggle to make it back! The weather is guaranteed to be delightful so much so Andy & Alison will be bringing the tent to shelter from the beating down sun we suffered from last year…………..
