Codsall hosted the first and only event in the inaugural Chasers Winter Night League 2011 and a good turnout squeezed themselves into the Dawson house raring to go. So much so that the organiser compounded his mistake earlier this week on webroute by this time forgetting to explain the rules properly!
13 runners and two walkers set off around Codsall for the 45 min score event collecting codes from various Post Boxes in the local area. The winner with 13 controls within the 45 minutes was Mark Garside (shown almost collecting trophy….real one to follow) one control ahead of three other runners. Top lady was Christine Collins with 9 controls within the alloted 45 minutes. 
Iain Stamp was the only runner who managed to reach all 15 controls although his time of 54 minutes collected a penalty of 90 points.
