Come along on Sunday 15th February to our informal event from Milford Common Cannock Chase.
Suitable for both newcomers and more experienced orienteers. If you are new to the sport, there will be plenty of help available to get you going – just come along, see what a fantastic sport orienteering is and explore parts of the Chase you never knew existed!
Parking and assembly at Milford Common (pay and display £1.20 up to 2 hours, £3.50 all day).
Milford is very runnable at the moment. It has an extensive path network with many spurs, re-entrants and a small hill. Most of the bracken is flattened and there is very little bramble.

Courses available:
Short Easy (Yellow) – 1.8km (65m climb, 9 controls)
Long Easy (Orange) – 2.3km (100m climb, 11 controls)
Short Hard – 3.2km (125m climb, 7 controls)
Long Hard – 4.6km (175m climb, 10 controls)
The two longer courses have longer legs with route choice.
