Rulers runs 10am Sociable midweek runs for the Retired, Unemployed, Shift workers etc, in fact anyone who can get out during the day on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Annual 4-person relay on the Shugborough Estate with up to 1000 runners. 4 x 2 mile loops on road, path and field. Organised by Stafford Harriers. Come and represent the club and show those road runners just what orienteers can do! Details of the teams are on the front page of the website.
