  / training day taking place in the forest. The downhill tracks are marked
  OOBs but please note a climb on the long course is shared with the downhi
 ll 'push up' Please be courteous and take care.\n\nStart and Finish are bo
 th 400m remote from the car park.\n\nLonger courses will have a map exchan
 ge (double sided map).\n\nThere are many mountain bikers on the area\, ple
