  course\n\n\n\n\nCourses are graded by a colour indicating the increase in
  technical and physical difficulty. ‘White’\, ‘Yellow’ and ‘Oran
 ge’ courses are designed for complete beginners. These courses are usual
 ly short (up to 2.5K in length) with control points (orange and white flag
 s) on paths or visible from the path. Light green is a bit harder.  Green
 \, blue\, and brown courses are the hardest\, the only difference being th
 e increased course length.  These are only recommended if you have some e
 xperience.\nCourse lengths for this event will be published as soon as we
