DESCRIPTION:Thursday night runs in the summer are from public car parks on 
 Cannock Chase.\n\nAfterwards many members also go on to a Pub for a budget
  meal (normally 'The Chase' in Rugeley WS15 2AW\,  http://www.chasepub.c
 o.uk/)\n\nPlease arrive at the car park ready to run at 7pm sharp. Runners
  tend to start together but often break into smaller groups depending on f
 itness and ability or perhaps go off to do some quality sessions\, such as
