Thursday night runs in the summer are from public car parks on Cannock Chase.
Afterwards many members also go on to a Pub for a budget meal (normally ‘The Chase’ in Rugeley WS15 2AW, http://www.chasepub.co.uk/)
Please arrive at the car park ready to run at 7pm sharp. Runners tend to start together but often break into smaller groups depending on fitness and ability or perhaps go off to do some quality sessions, such as hills or sprints.
