Thursday nights in the summer are based around various car parks around the Chase. The runs start at 7pm sharp – and get back by 8pm. All abilities welcome – usually a couple of groups (faster and slower) and often a walking group – depending on who is around.
After the run, we go back to The Chase Pub in Rugeley for a meal.
