Tuesday 14th July, 2009 – Summer handicap run & BBQ
The run will start from Peter and Jane's front gate - Brackendale, Brook Lane, Brocton, with first start at 6.30pm.
Start times will be handicapped by Chris Boycott - please let him know how long you expect to take to get as accuarte a handicap as possible at chris.boycott@ntlworld.com. If you enter on the night,you'll be running off scratch with Rob Little.
There is a trophy for the first past the post and one for the fastest time on the night - if you won it last year, please bring it back or arrange for it to be there on the night.
There is a 3.9km senior route and a shorter 2.75km junior course. See the map below. The courses will be marked on the night, too.
Please bring your SI card if you have one (juniors & seniors) – hopefully there will be intermediate controls out on the night, too.

If you are feeling sociable but not energetic, come and cheer on the runners, or just head straight to the Christophers and grab the hottest spot on the Barbie!
