Spring Summer Training 2017

Our long running spring and summer series of runs, training and events including the coveted domination series competition kicks off on Tuesday 28th March and runs right through to September.

We are having a few land permissions challenges this summer however the club captain and permissions secretary are working hard to bring you a high quality series as normal. Check the website regularly for the latest updates.(perhaps put a link to the club diary in your outlook, apple or google calendar)

On Tuesdays there will be coaching and instruction available if you want it, just courses if you want to walk or run around in the summer sunshine enjoying Cannock Chase at its best.

Thursdays brings mixed ability trail running (or just a walk) on Cannock Chase in groups. We then meet at the Stags Leap in Rugeley for a meal and social (from 8pm)
