Tuesday Training

QuestionJust a reminder that there is no Pilates this Tuesday as there are exams in the gym.  Instead there is an urban race from the gym door.  SI timing and punches as controls.  Starts from 6.45 until 7.15, courses close at 8.15.  Two courses, 3.4km and 6.2km.  If you would like to reserve a map send me an email.

Winter Tuesday Nights 2016

pilatesWith the dark nights now upon us Chasers Training moves to Walton High School Gym. This year we are trying something new – Pilates.

Many of our members have found that the core stability, strength and flexibility Pilates brings helps enormously with both performance and injury prevention.

The class will run from 7.10 until 8.10 starting Tuesday the 20th September.  Initially it will be free to club members but we may have to charge £1 to cover some of our costs after half term.

Our instructor will be Sam Logan.
